Prosecutors’ General Assembly Elects Chair, Election Commission for Supreme Judicial Council Vote

The General Assembly of Prosecutors, convened to elect members of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) from the prosecutors’ professional quota, elected its chair and the members of the election commission, and designated the polling sections here on Saturday. Prosecutor Viktor Malinov was elected chair of the General Assembly by 465 votes to 30. He was nominated by Sofia Deputy Appellate Prosecutor Natalia Nikolova.
